Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Borys Kolesnikov at the Supervisory Board of EURO 2012 session which was held at UEFA headquarter in Nyon, expressed arguments about the importance of the European Football Championship in four Ukrainian cities –informed the Vice Prime Minister press service.
Borys Kolesnikov said that UEFA President Michel Platini, gave a clear signal that “everything is in the hands of Ukraine”. Vice Prime Minister added that Mr. Platini has expressed a wish that ticket price for championship matches will be the most reasonable to a wide range of fans.
Moreover, Mr. Kolesnikov said very interesting news for football fans of EURO 2012 host-countries: on 90% resolved the issue about holding matches of national team of Ukraine in Donetsk and the national team of Poland - in Warsaw and Wroclaw.
Governmental official reported that on 16 April this year will take place a meeting of the Committee for preparation and holding EURO finals2012 in Ukraine under the guidance of President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych: "I think after this meeting, tentatively April 20, we will inform the public about all decisions concerning revitalization of the preparation for EURO 2012.
