During his stay in the mining capital, Mr. Platini will check the take-off and landing strip construction at the international airport terminal "Donetsk", he will also come to see for the first time the new home ground of the Miners – the fifty-thousand capacity Donbas Arena.
At the arena, UEFA President is to take part in the presentation of Donetsk as a host city for EURO 2012 and a briefing by representatives of UEFA, FFU, EURO 2012 Ukraine LOC, to be held jointly with government officials and the city authorities.
